I Am

I am a curious girl growing up in a big playground I wonder if I’ll ever be forgotten I hear you got to make the best of everything I see perfect girls on magazines I want to have fun and be happy I am a curious girl growing up in a big playground I pretend I don’t here their insults I feel pressured on myself, on how I am I need a friend to guide me to happiness I worry if I’ll ever be better than them I cry when I feel I’m never going to be better I am a curious girl growing up in a big playground I understand I am, who I am and your approval isn’t needed I believe things happen for a reason, even if you don’t like it I dream to achieve true happiness in life I try to do my best to prove them wrong I hope I make everyone proud of me I am a curious girl growing up in a big playground
