I am from a girl I do not claim

A boy who I yet know his name

I am from a family with a gift

to give me the life that I now live

I am from someone I call mother

that has been since day one unlike any other

I come from a father with many lesions

that gives and gives he is a true blessing

I am from family not born but raised

no difference to me I love them all the same

I am from a place that is truly my home

since 8 months old that is where belong

I am from people I am not proud of

but time heals all wounds I will move on and above

I am from a family of knowledge and strength

that help me everyday and push me to great lengths
