I am

I am a girl with cuts on her wrists

I am a girl whose mind is a melody

a melody that just won’t sing

I am a girl with faith

I am a girl with faith in the observable

the observable that seems to fail

I am a stranger

I am a stranger to the world

to the world who says I’m a girl

I am a girl

I am a girl who refuse to be a girl

a girl who is defines by words

I am a woman

I am a woman who is defined by my actions

actions that will take to a place

where

my melody sings

where

the observable never fails

where

I am not a girl

where I am
