I Am Beautiful

When I feel their stares,

I know that I am beautiful.

When they compliment me,

I know that I am beautiful.

If he ignores me, how am I to know

That I am beautiful

If you love me,

Then I know that I am beautiful.

If you ask me out I turn you down, but then

I know that I am beautiful.

Without this knowledge, how can I exist?

Outside your thoughts, I cannot

Be beautiful.

So please,

Tell me that I am beautiful

Since if you don’t

Then I am not
