I Am Beautiful poem

I am the most beautiful person on Earth.

I wonder why people question my beauty.

I hear people say that I am too dark.

I see girls who are lighter than a brown paper bag, they are prettier than me.

I want to let the love of my beauty grow.

I am beautiful like exotic black flowers.

I pretend I am not beautiful sometimes.

I feel I am my own kind of beautiful.

I have friends and family say I’m beautiful.

I worry that I’m not beautiful sometimes.

I love my natural beauty.

I am a queen of black beauty.

I understand why my black is beautiful.

I say “My black is beautiful”.

I dream people worship my black beauty.

I try to ignore people’s judgment of black beauty.

I hope people stop judging my beauty.

I am God’s black and beautiful princess.
