I am blessed.
Sometime I feel like I have it hard.
Like my life is the most important and
my problems are the most massive.
I can't get the sensationally divine phone or
I cannot go on a summer trip with my friends.
But the truth is, I am blessed.
I am blessed with the love of my two parents and
I am blessed with living comfortably and happily,
and I am blessed knowing I have a bright future,
a future that is full of passion and knowledge.
A multitudinous expanse of human beings cannot say they have that.
It breaks my heart.
What made me realize this most was a mission trip.
I saw children begging for clean water,
unable to attend school because they did not have money for a uniform.
I saw people with nothing except the clothes on their back.
So the every time I mope about something that makes my life difficult,
I try to remember. I am blessed.
I try to realize ways to help others out who are less fortunate than I am.
Because that is my purpose of life.
