I Am... Blue
I Am... Blue
The color blue is me.
Sad and free.
Free to see.
You see,
Blue is unique like me.
I have a story to tell.
It was like hell.
I keep reliving it.
It just won't quit.
My life is one big poem.
So it shall be told.
Beginning it was filled with uncertainty.
Middle realization.
End a message given for the nation.
Beginning it was filled with uncertainty.
It was gory.
I wish it was glory.
My eyes were filled with sadness.
Increased my madness.
If only I knew why.
Why people disdain me.
Broke and lowered myself esteem.
At first I didn't understand why they hated.
But now I see.
Middle realization.
My life was debated.
Scars were created.
In which they were hated.
So I had to stay strong.
Strong like the steel in blue.
I fought to survive.
The only thing that helped me to thrive.
Is my family and friends.
The things I went through.
It was like war.
Caused a great sore.
For it was hardcore.
End a message given for the nation.
Stay strong,
Don't give up.
It will get better.
Take it from me.
I've been through it.
Blue is strong like steel.
So stay strong.
Stay with the blue in nature.
Escape the hate by looking up in the sky,
Or dipping the feet in the sea.
You can follow the tracks like a train,
Or take your own path.
Live every moment.
For once you're gone,
You can't respawn.
The color blue is me.
Sad and free.
Free to see.
You see,
Blue is unique like me.
