I Am BOLD

My teen years have been like riding the worldest tallest roller coaster

Kingda Ka

Terrifying and exhilerating

Scary and a RUSH

Mom was diagnosed with Leukemia

watched her fight, vomit, go bald and stroke

No words, no smile, just animal screams emanated from her mouth

Remission, Joy

Reoccurance, Sadness

Bone Marrow Transplant, Hope

Four years later, I am stronger, bolder and self reliant.

Mom lives.
