I am Destined for Greatness

Never will anyone say,

I am destine for greatness

That was wrong, the truth is

I am a failure

Thinking that

I succeeded

Is a waste. And I know

Living only for the others and money

Is the way to live

Being kind, curious, and loving

Is a dumb thing to do.

Letting memories fade

Will not be easy, but I will try.

Changing the world for the better

Is something I can't do

Giving up

Was how I handled my issues

Working Hard

Was a joke

I knew that

People thought I couldn't

That might be true,

Unless we turn things around

(Read the Poem in Reverse)

Unless we turn things around

That might be true,

People thought I couldn't

I knew that

Was a joke

Working Hard

Was how I handled my issues

Giving up

Is something I can't do

Changing the world for the better

Will not be easy, but I will try.

Letting memories fade

Is a dumb thing to do.

Being kind, curious, and loving

Is the way to live

Living only for others and money

Is a waste. And I know

I succeeded

Thinking that

I am a failure

That was wrong, the truth is

I am destine for greatness

Never will anyone say,
