I Am Different

I see all these people crying

Royal blue and light blue caps are flying like birds

As they come back down like feathers

Giant waves of royal blue and light blue fill the air to catch them

Everyone is so happy around me

We all thought the same thing 'IT'S OVER!'

I felt myself crying with joy

Wearing my light blue robe with all my accomplishments made me smile

I see all my friends hugging because they knew they did it

Going over to my mother who is sobbing on my step father

My grandparents looks at me with such a proud look

I feel the joy and excitement around me

Difference between me and everyone else is I am not happy

I am sad knowing I would not see my friends again

Knowing I will not have my teachers anymore

Knowing I would not be apart of anymore spirit week pictures

So yes during graduation, I am different
