I Am But A Doll

Sex.

That's all I am to you.

To have as you like

All day and all night.

Until your pleasure is through.

Breasts.

That's all you want me for.

To touch and feel

You take and steal.

My consent is what you ignore.

Lips.

That's all you see in me.

Pillows of lust

This man I could trust

Has caused my pride to bleed.

Woman.

I am not limited to your drive.

I am strong and brave

Here I will stay

The strongest queen in the hive.

The world.

Here I am a thing.

But I know I am more

I will walk through that door

I will open my mouth and sing.

Here.

I sit in this room

Knowing you fear me

That men have grown weary

And my strength is your doom.
