I Am Feeling Like...

I am feeling like white space.

Like empty jars.

Like blank stares.

Like vacant hallways.

Like abandoned theme parks.

Like love that means nothing.

Like words that mean nothing.

Like pain radiating in an empty hospital corridor.

I am feeling nothing.

Like inanimate.

Like lined paper, untarnished.

Like left unsaid.

Like promise, written in white ink, on white canvas.

I sometimes feel much like silence.

Like tidal wave of emotion.

Sometimes I feel too much.

Everyone’s pain.

Like hold it in.

Like weight of the world.

Like I’ve never told anyone this, but…

Like secrets.

Everyone’s secrets.

Vulgar.Poet

Everyone has a story. I tell mine every day, but they say a whisper can only be heard up close and personal. I guess that's why no one knows mine yet.
