I am a flower

I am a flower

I have grown, starting at the roots, moving through the stems

I have been through rough patches that have torn me to pieces, but I have lived

I have learned how to move on and grow up to my potential

I have endured the painful floods, the strong winds, and I have survived

I have been cut down, but I only grow stronger by power of the Lord

I have learned to grow past every other living being out there

I have blossomed into the young woman I am today and I am very proud

I am a flower
