I Am A Fragile But Sweet Flower
I am a flower; I blossom, as do the savannah fields,
My anatomy shines vividly for the entire universe to witness,
The sunshine delivers fortitude to my roots,
While I deliver to the earth exquisiteness and luminosity.
My composition may appear to be weak,
But hope lives on for me, for I am beautiful.
If you callously touch me, one of my petals may fall off,
But my prettiness is still within me; forever, I am beautiful.
The birds of the air rejoice in my existence
Whistling their precious songs about the beauty of nature,
The blue skies and I make a perfect team,
We light up the world at the expense of dullness.
Yes, I am fragile; I slowly lose my petals,
And yes, I decay, if I am not cared for correctly,
But I have stamina; my strength is in my roots,
Because of my leafy stems, I won’t fall over.
I come in different colors in all parts of the world,
From the Americas and beyond.
And I serve diverse dedications,
From giving joy to soothing hearts.
Whenever you are in need of me,
I am here to restore your dull spirit,
I am available in different forms,
From loving lavender to radiant rose.
Of course, I may not live forever,
And I may be petite and delicate,
But every part of me is not to be forgotten,
For tremendous is my impact on the universe.
My colors shine brightly for all to see
How charming and innocent I look,
I am a fragile but sweet flower,
Giving life to the entire world.
