I Am Free

I am enslaved,

enslaved to this feeling.

how could I see the light,

of something great.

Always I think about it,

that horrible year.

Those kids made it bad,

They made me feel worthless.

Every day I hated them,

how could they have done such things.

They hurt me;

emotionally.

I have believed in a savior,

since I was very young.

He loved me enough,

to die for me.

But this feeling made it hard,

to see His love.

but He has always been there;

for me.

Now I see the light,

of this all-powerful God.

He handled all of my problems,

He is a loving lion.

I was enslaved,

enslaved to that feeling.

But not anymore,

I am free!
