I AM THAT GIRL...

I am...

I am that girl you spot out of the corner of your eye.

I am that girl that nobody knows.

I am that girl that cryis her self to sleep.

That girl who is scared to show you the real her.

That girl who when she does show you who she really is...

Spews out all of her emotions at once.

You think that you know me.

But you can't.

Because I don't even know me.

All I know,

Is that I am that girl that they call invisible.

I am that girl...

I've been through a lot. Writing poems gives me a chance to express how I feel to the world in a way that make sense to me. I write when I don't understand something, it opens up my eyes and for once I can see clearer. Writing makes me feel like I can do something. It gets rid of the pain for a short time.
