(I Am) Happy
I am happy with my life.
My life is full of love,
Full of grace,
Full of a peace that I find within myself while I maintain in my own daydream.
There is no force, there is no human or thing that can hurt me in my daydream.
No one can hurt me in my daydream.
I find my Eden, my serenity in a lust for acceptance, love, justification of who I truly am.
And In my daydream, I am perfect.
But I am not perfect.
Reality strikes my heart and rips it to shreds.
Reality is not my own, it is nobody's desired possession.
We do not invite reality into our lives.
We do not invite this baneful force to crush each dream and reprimand every wish, every perfect thing that we hold dear to our hearts.
In reality, we cannot do as we please, because in reality, the consequences of every action are lingering over us,
and we know that they are there;
they permanently haunt us.
There is malevolence, and selfishness, and jealousy, and bane.
There is austerity, and pain.
Reality is the ultimate juxtaposition of my daydream.
I do not live in reality,
my heart lives in my daydream.
I wander in and linger inside for as long as possible.
But reality taps on my shoulder as if to disguise itself as a friend,
then rips me from my daydream and taunts me to follow him into his world of evil.
But I will not be swayed, I tell him no.
I fall back into my daydream, and I stay.
It is my safe haven.
It is not real.
I am happy with my life.
