I AM HERE NOW

I am here now. 

It took me a while, but i am here now.

I could've done it earlier, but i am here now.

It would've been easier doing it then, but i am here now.

So no need to pretend, or defend, why not then.

I am here now.

I avoided, ran away from myself, my body i exploited.

Only to wake up and realize there is no escaping,

Life is about embracing the fact, that even the second that just passed is already in the past. 

Nothing is supposed to last, Which is why being present in this moment now is what we need to grasp.

In the spirit of being, life becomes vast.

Thankful at last,

I am here now.
