I am human

You ask why am I like this,

I say because I am me.

Laughter follows my response

words saying I'm not good enough

words saying why do I try?

As im looking up from the ground,

I decide right then, right there

I do not deserve this.

I am flawless

I am human

I am me.

So I stand.

pick my self off the floor

and know I am loved.
