I am Human

I am Human

My skin color might not be as light as yours but i am human

We may have been raised differently but i am human

Our hair texture is different but i am human

but yet in society i get treated less of a human because of my skin color

i get the sterotypical looks and catergorized with others my color

but am i not human? do we not bleed the same?

wasn't it white men who said we are all equal?

who gave us our rights?

when i decide to use my rights  and speak for what i believe in

i get thrown in a cell and treated like a caged animal

but am i not human?

don't i get the same freedom of speech as someone with lighter skin than me

we are all human dont judge us based off our skin color
