I am Inspired

[[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"76001","attributes":{"alt":"","class":"media-image","height":"480","typeof":"foaf:Image","width":"359"}}]]

I am Inspired,

I see the dancer paint her picture with every limb of her body.

The graciousness that leap from her extended fingers to her toes.

Makes my eyes burn with admiration.

Oh how I wish I could grasp one’s emotions just as she!

I am inspired,

I see the Trumpet player hold his very so delicate instrument as if it was his first born.

His eyes are closed, and he is in his own very special world.

Oh how I wish I could enter that world!

Oh how I wish I felt the emotions that exalts through his body while he plays!

I am inspired,

I see the author pick up his pen as if his whole life line depended on it.

He moves it side to side on his paper as if it was his heart beat,

And if he were to stop, his breathing would cease.

Oh how I wish I could be as alive as he!

I am inspired,

I see myself walk onto the stage

My lungs are no longer reliable and my hands are shaking from anticipation.

I look out and see a room full of people, all eyes on me.

I close my eyes and open my mouth.

And sing a harmony that speaks from my inner soul

Of a song that makes me grasp my own emotions,

Of a song that makes me feel like I’m in my own world,

Of a song that makes me feel alive.

When I utter the remaining of my words, I look up.

Tears have been released and smiles have been placed.

And at that exact moment,

I am the Inspiration.
