I am inspired by me

I strive to not be the past me

I aspire to be a new me

A new me with no eating disorder

A new me who feels stronger

A new me who feels livelier

A new me that others can desire

I inspire myself 

I inspire myself by reflecting my past self 

My past self who so desperately wanted to look thin

My past self who lost herself through her battle with anorexia

My past self who felt weak and controlled by the thoughts in her head

I am inspired by me, myself, and I

I am inspired by how far I have come in recovery

I am inspired by the girl I once was 

I am inspired by the women that I want to be

I am inspired by my strength to pull myself together  

I am inspired by me.
