I am Jamie

They stare with hate in their eyes

Despising my long natural hair

Perm! Relaxer! Dubee!

Why won't you get it straightened?

Why do you have the same hairstyle?

Time after time those hateful tongues

Forcing me to change ,in order to change their boredom

I wonder to myself

Change for the better or worse

But, I say..

I love me..my hair my looks..

They can't tell me how to live my life

I am me no one else

No one else can conform me into anything they want me to me

I am Jamie

J.A.M.I.E

I love me and my sexy coarse hair

My hair is my hair deal with it
