I Am Loud

I am a loud

People always try to quiet me

Try to discourage my creativity

Try to say, "I don't think that way will work."

I am outspoken

But people try to quiet my opinions

Saying that no one thinks like that

Saying that they are "too religious"

I am God's creation

But people tell me that I am not perfect

That I am not skinny enough

Or I do not have those green eyes

I am proud that I am loud

I am not afraid to speak my mind and

my heart
