I Am A Man!

I am a man, a black man I am! And what you think of me, I don't giva damn! I am solid as a rock, strong as an oak tree. I have a history of pride deep rooted in me. I shall not be moved! You can't bring me down! I refuse to allow you to turn my smile into a frown. My eyes are wide opened! No longer am I blind! I have taken the chains off my mind! Like an uncaged bird, I am free! For I love life, and life loves me! Through the worst of storms, Still, I stand! This is why I am a man!
