I Am Me.

I Am Me.

I am stronger than

California waves,

crashing into sand on the beach.

I am more powerful

than the men that conquered

North America.

I can move mountains

with my tone and

piercing glares.

There’s something simply

complicated about

everything I do.

When I smile

my eyes close

leaving me to create

my own world.

My untamable hair

represents my wild personality.

At the end of the day

I am me,

Nyari Sevasty Hazel James.
