I Am Me

I Am, just two simple words. These words carry the weight of the person who is me.

I am someone who makes mistakes.

I am never perfect.

I am never going to do right by everyone.

I am never going to be the prettiest or the skinniest.

However....

I am smart, no matter what anyone says and I am beautiful no matter what anyone thinks!

I am not someone to be influenced by the world and what it offers me.

I am not one to give up a fight for something I believe in.

I am not someone who can be turned into a puppet, to do what others want.

I am not someone who is to be trampled on.

I am a leader! I do not follow the ways of men.

I am strong, I am loved, I am awesome, I am just how I was meant to be!

I Am Me, and that is all I have ever wanted.
