I Am Me
I am who I am
Because of you
You put me through hell
I came back better
You forced me to grow up
and care for my sister
So I grew up. . .
Away from you
I am who I am
because of them
they raised me
they loved me
they allowed me to be a kid
I am who I am
because of me
I grew despite you
I found my way
and I will continue to do so
I am who I am
I am me
