I Am Me

I am a girl full of holiday spirit and a follower of the one true King.
I wonder when the reindeer will set foot on my rooftop.
I hear the soft playing of Christmas music coming from the radio in the kitchen.
I see the vibrant lights gleaming on the Christmas tree.
I want all people to realize the true meaning of Christmas.
I am a girl full of holiday spirit and a follower of the one true King.
I pretend to be the jolly old man who slides down the chimney at night.
I feel the warmth of the fire from the fireplace as we sit around it sipping hot cocoa.
I touch the falling snowflakes that cover the ground like a white blanket.
I worry that people will lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas.
I cry when I hear about the less fortunate that spend their holiday season cold and lonely.
I am a girl full of holiday spirit and a follower of the one true King.
I understand the importance of Christmas and wish to share it with others.
I say Merry Christmas to the people I come in contact with.
I dream about a world where the true meaning of Christmas is celebrated all year around.
I try to share the meaning of Christmas with people who have lost their way.
I am a girl full of holiday spirit and a follower of the one true King.
