I Am Me

Went from weird to unique

All within what seems like a week

One day I thought that I wasn’t okay

But I realized my differences were my forte

I couldn’t stand my own face

Then I gave myself grace

Because I grew up and knew

That I am not you

I am me

And that is all that I want to be
