I Am Myself

I am what I am

I accept the person I am

I am whatever I am

And I am not ashamed of who I am

I will always be myself

I have my own shoes to fill, no one else’s

My name is Sarim

And that’s what I am

I grew up in Pakistan

I live in Florida

I get along with everyone

I am fun to be around

I go to school

I play sports

I volunteer for community service

I have respect for myself

Because that’s all that I am

And no one can change who I am
