I am No one

You talk to me like I am someone

But, I am no one.

You tell me to love myself

I can’t love myself

When no one is there to love.

You give me a playful shove

But, didn’t realise that it pushed me over the edge.

And right off of the ledge I was hanging on.

I fell for you

I fell in love with you.

You picked me up

Like a lost pup.

You took me from being no one

And turned me in to someone.

But, now I am afraid I am slipping.

And forgetting

Everything that you showed me

That I could be.

I thought you loved me

Why did you do this to me?

Was I not enough?

Did I not show my love enough?

I’m No One again.

I am sorry again.
