I Am Not Enough

When I saw you today, I vomited to get the feeling of you outside of me.

You were once the strongest sheild of protection I had, but now you're my deepest regret and strongest pain.

I tried to eat, until I remembered that I was too fat for you.

I fell asleepand woke up instantly at the thought of being too lazy for you.

This morning I was going to put on makeup, but what's the point when I'll never be beautiful enough for you?

Every person uses me, so I should be equipped to it by now, but for some reason I thought you would be different.

When you told me that you'd never leave, I stupidly believed you with every hope I had left.

You were a new kind of danger that caught me in a vulnerable trap.

A trap I can't escape until I deal with the consequences all alone, once again.
