I am not Invisible

Repeat after me: I do not have

a superpower. I am not invisible.

I am not more likely to cheat

just because I kissed a girl

(and I liked it) I am not coffee creamer

half-n-half never whole

never good enough.

And when I talk about it

don’t ignore me like it will

go away. My own mother asked me

what boy would want to date

a girl confused?

What girl would want to be friends

with a slut?

Repeat after me:

I exist. I am valid. I feel.

I'm either entirely focused or switching between five things at once there is no in between.
