I am Nothing, I am Useless
I am nothing, I am useless like a lock without a key.
I wonder if anyone cares?
I hear something inside my head.
I see a light from this dark hole.
I want to be free from these chains.
I am nothing, I am useless like a door without a knob.
Pretending to be happy.
Feeling like a fish without water.
I touch the drops of water, wanting to come back.
But I don’t feel worthy.
I worry I will never get out of this darkness.
I cry everyday, wanting to be myself again.
I am nothing, I am useless as an empty ocean.
I understand that “I do deserve happiness.”
The voices in my head say otherwise.
Dreaming to be careless of the harsh words of others.
I try so hard to be happy, but nothing works.
I hope one day it will get easier.
I am nothing, I am useless like a book with blank pages.
