For I am One.
For I am one with all.
I am everything I have experienced
from the grass beneath my feet
to the light that burns bright above.
It is all a part of who I am
the happiness and the sadness.
I am the flowers presented to me.
I am the music that drifts through the air.
I tilt my head toward the sun
to grow as the leaves of grass.
I envelope my friends
sharing my whole hearted warmth.
I am not defined by words spoken about me
but by the words I have myself spoken.
I sing out every part of me
every person I have met,
every commodity I have embraced.
I become authentically me everyday,
each day I become new,
confessing myself as who I am
as well as what I am a part of.
