I am at peace, my soul is at rest

A feeling of sadness that is not akin to pain,

resembles sorrow only as the mist resembles rain .

She is the sun, the wind , the rain

she sings a song there is no more pain

no more fear good morning freedom

this is how we longed to be

this is who we are

this is how the world is seen through my eyes

the evaporation of what once was

creates space for what is to come.

I am at peace, my soul is at rest

There is no need for tears

For with your love

 I was so blessed

For all those many years.

I know you are listening

From the heavens above

There is nothing that I value

More than your love

No matter where I am

Or what I am going

 your memories will always

Keep me smiling..

what we share will never die

It lives within my heart

please bringing strength and confort us  While we are apart.
