I AM A PERFECTIONIST

I AM A PERFECTIONIST

I am a perfectionist,

Can’t you see

I never make mistakes,

Or very rarely do!

So when you read

My handiwork of hours,

And hours,

And hours

Of sitting here going square eyed,

I know I have it right.

Until!

You pesky know it all

Proof reader of all kind,

A full stop putter,

A comma maketh,

A spell check thesaurus person,

An exhaustive concordance chappie be,

BUT!

You know I am right

You see,

I am this perfectionist somebody

That you can’t BE……

EXCEPT of course

When I need to check my facts

From first

To last,

Again,

Again,

And again

For you

You pesky know it all,

Proof reader of all kind

And pulling in me head,

Is option B…..
