I am a Reader
I am a reader.
I have lived a thousand lives,
in a thousand worlds,
with a thousand minds.
I have felt grief and sorrow,
had tears and trials time and time again.
But no matter the pain,
I will turn the page.
I suffer for a life not my own,
and I have felt joy times a million.
A feeling like no other,
seemingly foolish and yet infinitely powerful.
I travel foreign lands,
meet many strange people,
and discover what I can do.
All while sitting in my bedroom.
I am reader.
I have lived a thousand lives,
and died a thousand times.
Each time I am reborn,
a greater person than before.
