I Am... Scholarship Slam

I always dreamed of what I would be

A pilot, a doctor, it was a mystery

As I have aged now I see

Who would have thought this would be me

I am a scholar, musician, a man with good friends

I am light hearted, determined, potential without end

I am a family man, a Christian, a disciple of Christ

I know that with him my faith doth suffice

I know I am just a man

But it's who I am
