I Am That, She, and Her
That kid you saw at school,
That kid you saw at church,
That kid you saw at the grocery store,
She had short brown hair,
She was always angry,
She was very stout,
Growing up on a bumpy road,
Growing up with friends and foes,
Growing up meeting the real world,
Her hair much longer,
Her anger slowly dying,
Her waist quickly thinning,
Change is a natural order in life,
Change is impossible to stop,
Change is painting her,
She curls her hair,
She smiles more often,
She is healthy,
I am Haley Jones
