I AM A TEENAGER

I AM UNIQUE

I am different from those around me,

I am creative, passionate, and fashionable,

I AM FUN

I love to dance around the house and play video games,

I like writing stories and hoping I will be famous one day,

I  AM LEARNING

I have chosen different paths in life people wouldn’t take,

I make my own decisions and like to remind my mom in every way,

Yes I have made stupid decisions but I’ve learned from my mistakes,

It is all part of growing up,

Which I can appreciate every day,

I AM STRONG

In the past I have faced many difficulties,

And I guess I wanted my life to be better than it was supposed to be,

But I am strong,

And I told myself it wouldn’t be long,

Until all of my problems were over and gone,

I wanted to be more independent,

But I am not going to get my wish,

Until high school is finished,

But I AM STILL A TEENAGER

I am unique, I am fun, I am learning, and I am strong,

And it won’t be long, until I am off on my own,

Far away from home,

Where I can continue to mature and grow.
