I am Told

I am told I am right

I am told I am wrong

I am told to count my nights so long

I am told to live

 I am told to cry

I am told in 80 years I might die

I am told I am smooth

I am told I am bright

I am told I am like a dairy queen milk shake I am  (white)

I am told to listen

I am told to behave

I am told to never call a man out of his name

I am told I am strong

I am told I am weak

I am told I am carried by my own two feet

I am told as a man my mind is my own

I am told not to talk because I am not grown

I told I am the future

I am told I am meant to lead

I am told that I am still growing much like a seed

I am told I am happy

I am told I am sad

I am told to take all types of good with the bad

I am told to fight

I am told to lose

I am told if I am right I still lost the fight, because it what they choose

I am told to be brave

I am told I am a man

I am told I am everything I can be

Because I told myself I am
