I am Uncommon

The path I choose is different from others,
What I decide is my own judgement,
My pain is my pain, my gain is my gain,
But to be the same, that is a shame,
I was created to be myself,
Not anyone else just the man God built,
Built to strive and thrive the best I could,
Help those in my path with the heart of good,
With determination there is always failure,
But with failure there is success,
To lose a tough battle is better than to win one at rest,
Uncommon is a path that many do not take,
Whether good or bad there are much things at stake,
There are bad decisions that I will unfortunately make,
But to have just one chance takes a great leap of faith.
