I am Water

What is it? Clear… Majestic… Loved or hated at the sight of it? Life in a glass Wet and smooth, it cools and cleanses Does more than what we see with our lenses It beads as it rolls down our bodies So luxurious to life It is the difference between life and death Humbled and overlooked The succulent taste of life Purest taste in the universe It surrounds all objects of life Clash! Splash! As it hits, our ears hear the warning signs of danger With a smell so clean and pure It takes the odor of its surrounding surfaces It is water! The world depends on it, including everything in it It has no limit The most powerful element in the world Natures 1 and only. I am water!
