I am what I am

I am the boy who lives and feares

the one that has commited sin.

I am the boy who lies and cheers

a boy that has yet to begin.

I am a teen who loves and hates

a thing that is stirred with doubt.

I am a teen who learns and dates

trying to learn what his life is about.

I am  a young adult who seeks and finds

a flower growing ready to sprout.

I am a young adult  who says and flys blind

an eagle that sores high and cry outs

Will i be a loving father

one that guides and protects.

Will i be a rigtheous father

one that tries and accepts.

Will i be a wise grand father

one that spoils and gives.

Will i be a joyfull grand father

one that smiles and relives.

This future i may not now and come to live

for the future will only go as far as my body gives.

However, what i do know is who i am.

I am the one who falls in the same holes

the one who has many blemishes.

I am the one that confronts problems head on

the- one -that is far, from perfection.
