I AM.... What I WANT to BE

I Am……. YOUNG

Being 17 is not easy

Waking up in reality, wishing I was only dreaming

Trying to finish my last year with my heart full of fear

Cause If I don’t walk across the stage my eyes will cry in tears

Growing up not knowing what I want do with my life

But once I figure out

Yes!

The price will be right

Take it from me

I have been through it all

                  From being called a Thot, Kidney Failure, and people waiting for me to fall

                                                      

                                                                    I Am ……. STRONG

Losing my grandmother left so much pain in my heart

I was the oldest grandchild so I had to play my part

Comforting everyone and making my family laugh

But once I was by myself, I cried to my knees

I really felted bad

Lung Cancer was my enemy

He took someone that was dear to me

But Since I am strong, she still lives within me

 

 

I Am…… A Writer

October 3, 2015 was the day I figured out what I want to be

A writer that was willing to explode inside of me

I know my testimony will inspire people

By using words, not a movie, or sequel

I believe that I will change the world

But it starts with me first

 

I Am…. What I want to Be !
