I am Without

Sometimes it hurts when I think about
The fact that you, I am without
I'll not be the one that's by your side
That simple grace I've been denied

Another I'll find to love one day
And maybe I'll love without dismay
But in all this thought, I've found to be true
I'll always regret that it was not you
