I am a Writer

I am the words I write Take my heart When you whisper the words Of a broken mind Into the darkness of night. I am the rhythm of the poem Take my soul When you travel your life With a quote of a mad woman In your pocket. I am the structure Take my bones When you find a meaning Within all the madness Of the words. I am the words I write Take a piece of me When you read the poetry That became of my darkest night.
