I Am You and You are Me

You are one and true.

You will always be enough.

Because I love you...

Of you there are no two.

What's wrong with a little scuff?

You are one and true.

You go on your own cue.

Life will never be too rough.

Because I love you...

Tears you shed should be few.

Remember, you are always up to snuff.

You are one and true.

Bid those insults adieu.

They'll never call your bluff.

Because I love you...

I am you.

We are tough.

You are one and true.

Because I love you...
